Translates PDFs from the right-click menu through the Geyi cloud service, keeping the original layout or using AI re-layout with optional bilingual output, and attaches the result to the same item; needs a Geyi account at research membership level or above.

To install, save the .xpi file and drag it onto the Plugins window in Zotero (Tools → Plugins). In Firefox, right-click the download link and choose Save Link As.
